Safety Shine Maintenance provides commercial floor care throughout Texas, covering strip and wax, machine scrubbing, buffing and burnishing, and recurring floor-maintenance programs for commercial and professionally managed properties.
How we work
The service a floor needs is decided by the flooring material, the coating already on it, and its condition. That means a walkthrough before a recommendation, a test scrub before deciding between a recoat and a full strip, and a written scope so a quote can be compared honestly against others.
It also means recommending the lighter service when the floor supports it. Stripping a floor that only needed scrubbing spends money and puts wear on the tile that it did not have to take.
How we schedule
Most commercial floor work happens outside operating hours, and larger properties are phased so only part of the floor is out of service at a time. Access, alarm arrangements, a named site contact, power and water, and whether air handling runs overnight are confirmed before the first night rather than discovered on it.
