Can you scrub around racking and stored product?
Yes. Work is planned aisle by aisle around what can be cleared, and the accessible area is confirmed during the walkthrough so the quote reflects the floor we can actually reach.
Do you strip and wax sealed concrete?
No. Sealed concrete is maintained by scrubbing rather than by applying floor finish. Strip and wax applies to the VCT areas of the building, such as offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
Can scrubbing be done during operating shifts?
Often yes, zone by zone, if aisles can be released for a period and traffic can be routed around the work. Facilities that cannot release aisles during production typically schedule overnight or weekend visits.
